  • Not at all. Creative therapy is about expression, exploration, and connection — not artistic skill. All activities are designed to support emotional insight, nervous-system regulation, and wellbeing, no matter your experience level. In fact, previous artistic skill can even get in the way of the wisdom that wants to come through from your subconscious.

  • Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include a blend of creative processes, counselling, somatic practices, energy medicine, guided imagery, and reflective therapeutic work. My approach is collaborative and subtle, yet can produce fast, transformative shifts.

  • This is incredibly common. The free 15-minute discovery call gives you a safe space to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide whether it feels right for you — no pressure, no expectations.

  • Yes — online sessions are available for adults, teens, and parents. Creative therapy for young children is offered in-person to support hands-on, sensory, and play-based processes.

  • Energy medicine works with the subtle body — the energetic patterns that influence mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. It’s gentle, grounding, and often woven into sessions to support nervous system balance, regulation, and integration. Whether in-person or remote, energy medicine is often complimented with an intuitive reading as desired.

  • I work with adults, adolescents, and children (generally 5+), with tailored approaches for each developmental stage.

  • This integrative approach is helpful for:

  • Online sessions are generally 75-90 minutes. In-person sessions are 2 hours and may include a nourishing hands-on intuitive energy treatment. Children’s in-person sessions are 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs — some people attend weekly or fortnightly, while others choose monthly integration sessions.

  • Yes, with care. I schedule parent check-ins (either in person or online) to discuss themes, progress, and practical support strategies — while honouring your child’s confidentiality.

  • Yes — for younger children (under 10), I invite parents into the first part of the session to help build safety and rapport. After that, I support gradual independence while keeping you informed through scheduled check-ins.

  • Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, though deeper sessions may lead to ongoing reflections or emotional processing. I offer integration tools and grounding practices when needed.
